David Medlin CEA

Having started in 1990 David has vast experience working in commercial real estate.

David began his career working as a property manager for the AMP Society while studying part time for his business degree in property at RMIT.

After managing sales centres and other leased offices for AMP for five years, David worked as the Senior Property Manager for Chesterton International (Melb.), looking after a diverse portfolio of CBD buildings, shopping centres and suburban offices.

After working in the city for about ten years David moved to the rapidly growing suburban market. Originally working in property management, David has been working in the commercial and industrial sales and leasing area since the year 2000 with great success.

David co founded Medlin Docking commercial in 2012 and has steadily built it into the highly respected and professional company it is today.
